The Prints Series paintings are results of the meeting of two surfaces. One surface is a canvas with a painted gesture on it, the other one is a colourful tissue paper. The tissue paper slowly submerges into the paint of the canvas, and thanks to me suddenly separates. After I peel it off, it leaves a mark on the surface of the canvas, by mixing its colour with the one given.

The end result is always unknown, and always surprising.

This work contains planned and unexpected motifs, just as my unrepeatable spontaneous gestures and the random marks of volatile moments which stay there evermore. The unrepeatable present gives the work a unique value.
